Mr Biró started his professional career in 1998 as an auditor at KPMG, first in Hungary and later in Germany. From 2004, he was an internal auditor (Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa, and the United States) at the Avery Dennison Corporation. From 2006, he was Compliance Officer at the Bristol-Myers Squibb Group in Hungary, Romania, and Bulgaria.

In 2007, he joined Ernst & Young, a global consulting firm, where he reached Partner level in 2012. In 2020, he joined PwC Central & Eastern Europe as a Partner. He led fact-finding and compliance services teams in Hungary and neighbouring countries, including Romania and the Balkans.

Mr. Biró holds a BA degree from the International Business School of Budapest. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and a Certified Healthcare Compliance Officer.
